Trophy Park, a planned multi-purpose sports, performance lifestyle and community complex in Jackson, NJ, today announced it has chosen LeagueApps, the operating system for youth and local sports, as a technology partner for all events that will be held in the park.

As part of the agreement, LeagueApps will redesign, rebuild and relaunch the Trophy Park website in order to incorporate its industry renowned multi-platform sports technology to book and manage all tournaments and events at Trophy Park.

“We are thrilled to have LeagueApps onboard to create our registration and scheduling platform and integrate its technology into the overall Trophy Park experience,” said Mick Smoothey, President of Sports Operations for Trophy Park. “The LeagueApps platform will be essential to ensuring reliable and seamless access for parents, teams, leagues, tournament organizers and camp operators to book their events at Trophy Park.”

“At LeagueApps, we develop our technology platform to support organizations every day by streamlining administrative tasks and operations,” noted Brian Litvack, LeagueApps co-founder and CEO. “The customized technology platform we will build for Trophy Park will ensure a turn-key process for athletes, leagues and organizations to book their events at Trophy Park and give the staff an opportunity to focus on creating tremendous experiences for the athletes and families that will visit and compete at the park.”
The LeagueApps platform for Trophy Park will feature the following elements:

● Team/Athlete Registration: There will be no paper forms to collect, store, and search for; parents can sign off on waivers, all from their smartphones!
● Messaging: Trophy Park will be able to easily reach out to groups of people – by program, team, age group, etc. – over email to communicate up-to-the-minute updates like field changes, practice time changes, health and safety updates, weather postponements, etc. Those messages will even make those schedule changes in the system so information will not have to entered twice

● Transactions: The platform will allow Trophy Park to accept registration payments, issue refunds, and monitor the money coming into and going out of the organization.

● Reporting: Trophy Park management will easily be able to generate reports on athlete registration, finances and any other subject that is needed to track for the successful operation of the park.
